Ruger 22/45 Lite: Excellent But Unoriginal

The gun is excellent but it is a direct takeoff on the Tactical Solutions PacLite Ruger 22/45 upper. The TacSol 22/45 barrel is long proven and tested in TNP is beloved, coming in a multitude of configurations and colors. Once we deduct some points for Ruger yet again copying someone else’s design though, we find the Ruger 22/45 to be close in performance to its inspiration. As you will see here, it is pretty accurate, mostly reliable, and super lightweight. No time is wasted in POU here as this is a video addendum to my original Ruger 22/45 “Shoot Forever” review in Sept 2010.
