Meow from the Sydney Bio Foundry talks about implantable RFID technology and “Grinders” who biohack themselves. And he shows off the RFID / NFC tag embedded in his thumb on a consumer payment terminal.
They are currently working with banks to get the technology introduced into consumer payment systems, but currently only works with PayPal Braintree.
