Revolution Rom is based on android 4.1.2 Stock Samsung Rom but it is super light weight and comes with pretty great features. This Rom has its own Kernel ie Revolution Kernel which is battery friendly but if you want overclocking like me then install siyah kernel. You will get features of Galaxy Note 3 and 4.2.2.
