The Razor Blade Pro is a 17.3-inch gaming laptop and is one of the most powerful laptops we’ve ever tested. At $4,000, the Blade Pro isn’t for everyone, but you definitely get what you pay for.

The Razor Blade Pro features an Intel i7-7820HK, 32GB of RAM, a 512GB SSD, and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 graphics card, but there’s more to this laptop than just horsepower.

Clad in black aluminum, with a bright glossy screen, the Blade Pro is in a word: luxurious. With a matte black interior, unibody construction, and a single logo on the backside, it’s stylish, understated, and just the right amount of audacious.

When you open it for the first time, it’s hard not to smile when the Chroma lit keyboard pulses to life. This thing is built like a tank; it’s durable, reliable, and very heavy–weighing nearly eight pounds.

Featuring a mechanical keyboard, the Razer Blade Pro is snappy, responsive, and with Razer’s Chroma technology, allows the user to customize their gaming experience.

One of our only hangups about the Razer Blade Pro, is its large bezels, but we think most buyers won’t think much of it. Besides that little nitpick, the display is fantastic; it’s 4K and hits 98% of the Adobe RGB color spectrum, which is close to professional quality.

The Razer Blade Pro is an exceptional gaming laptop; it’s well-built and would work great as as desktop replacement.
