Lisa Gade reviews the new, more affordable version of Razer’s biggest gaming laptop, the 17.3″ Razer Blade Pro. This model uses the same chassis and design, but has a full HD 1920 x 1080 matte non-touch display rather than 4K, and an NVIDIA GTX 1060 rather than GTX 1080. It has a traditional Razer Chroma backlit keyboard, trackpad on the right side, Intel Core i7-7700HQ, a boot PCIe SSD and a 2 TB HDD. As ever, it’s a classy looking notebook, and the significantly more affordable $2,300 price tag is bit more mainstream than the higher end $3,800 model.
Our review of the higher end model with mechanical keyboard, 4K touch screen and NVIDIA GTX 1080 is here:
