Prevent Broken LiPo Plug wires. LiPo-Plug Suction solution.

Many people have complained to me about trying to fix the wires that are on the balancing plugs that are on our LiPo batteries.
The plug gets lots of use, but is not user friendly.
I think the guy that invented it without a handle is in a rubber room somewhere now.

This is my solution as I am sure many of you all have some of your own too.
