President Obama and Vice President Biden land at the Pennsylvania Air National Guard 171st Air Refueling Wing near Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, April 16, 2014. Before their tour of the Community College of Allegheny County West Hills Center to speak on the importance of jobs-driven skills training, Obama and Biden took time to shake hands with members of the 171st Air Refueling Wing.
