I sold this thing, as I NEVER used it! My NVIDIA Shield Portable (and Shield Tablet) are my Primary Android gaming devices, as the Shield Portable has the Tegra 4 (which is much more powerful than the Tegra 3, that’s in the OUYA), AND it has almost Stock Android 4.4.2. The Shield Tablet has the Tegra K1. Unless you pick this up for a really good deal (around 60 dollars would be worth it for this thing… To me!), go with the Shield Portable! It’s 199, fully portable, and able to run MC5, GTA SA, and everything else… At FULL Maxed Out settings.
