Several viewers wanted to see how olive oil and vinegar interacted in a high temperature/ high pressure environment. Will they homogenize or mix together? I wasn’t sure and was surprised by the results.
This does a good job of showing convection as vinegar heats up, rises, cools and descends again, the same way a lava lamp works.
