Here are some novel books, from Tim’s collection.
The first was a normal book, until it got cut up to make a shape – a gun in this case. The book was going to be pulped, so at least another use was found for it! Because of the thickness of the book, and the rigidity of the hard covers, the gun has a very solid feel. Although as Tim says, maybe they should have used a detective story, rather than a Charles Dickens novel!
Tilt was a proper published book, but with the novel idea of being made with a built in tilt to it – appropriate, given that the book is about the Leaning Tower Of Pisa!
Finally, Tim has been busy with his craft knife, and produced a set of nesting ‘book safes’.
