Available for $150 with NO contract at T-Mobile stores, the Lumia 521 sports a 1 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 CPU, 4-inch display (480×800 pixels), 5-megapixel camera with 720p HD recording, a 1,430 mAh battery, HSPA+ 21 Mbps connectivity, and Windows Phone 8.
One of the benefits of Windows Phone 8 is its ability to run well on all types of hardware, and despite not being as feature-packed as the Lumia 920, the Nokia Lumia 521 is a great choice.
