Lok and Ian Wong (a.k.a Kai Mark II, Ultrasonic Dragon 88, Kai’s American cousin, etc. etc.) hit up the Nikon D500 press conference in this DRTV First Impression video. Nikon D500 is the successor of the 6 years old D300S, which we thought Nikon had long abandoned. In retrospect it makes sense; after the D300S there was no Nikon worthy of rivalling the Canon 7D & 7D Mark II. This D500 might just be the best Nikon APS-C size sensor as of right now, with 10 fps continuous burst (same as 7D Mark II) and 4K video shooting (which no Canon DSLR has).
