Lisa Gade reviews the Moto X4 Android smartphone that’s sold unlocked for $349 or less if you get it from Google or Amazon. It’s compatible with GSM, CDMA and Project Fi networks. The phone has a metal and glass design, 5.2” (424 PPI) full HD display, dual rear cameras, a 16MP front selfie camera, NFC, IP68 water resistance and front fingerprint scanner. It runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat (8.0 Oreo is coming) on the midrange Snapdragon 630 CPU with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage plus a microSD card slot. Some world regions can get it with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage.
