Moon in 4K! [Sony A7Rii + Sigma 150-600mm Telephoto Lens + 2X Teleconverter]

In my last moon video( I did a quick test of my new Sigma 150-600mm Telephoto lens. Well, I grabbed the 2X telephoto converter which gives me additional 2X optical zoom and wasn’t able to test it out due to the weather but the moon came up today and no wind so I took my new setup to the test with my Sony A7Rii.

I will definitely to invest in one of the more expensive telephoto lenses in the future to get clearer 4K videos but for now this does a quite a good job for a camera lens.

Equipment used:

Sony A7Rii Crop Mode(1.7X) in full 4K 24fps + 1.7X Clearzoom.

So the 600mm on my Sigma lens becomes:

600mm x 2 x 1.7 x 1.7 = 3468mm

Now, I wonder if I can double that by adding one more teleconverter…that will be my next test.
