Stephanie Naumoska a contestant in the Miss Universe Australia pageant is 5′11″ tall and weighs only 108 pounds. I put her on a “bulking up” routine consisting of Ham & eggs for breakfast, mid-morning snack of pancakes, McDonald’s for lunch, afternoon snack of potato chips and peanuts, dinner at Rhett & Link’s all you can eat buffet and a gallon of ice cream and a six pack before bed.
