In Chile, in Anglo American’s Los Bronces mine,
Siemens Gearless Mill Drives have been implemented for the Confluencia concentrator plant. Siemens GMD’s are essential pieces of equipment for the concentrator plant, contributing to the outstanding plant availability of around 95%. They furthermore result in reduced total costs and assure a high performance.
