Lisa Gade reviews the LG Gram 15, LG’s lightest and biggest screen model, and also their newest. The Gram 15 weighs just 2.16 lbs. (0.98 Kg), which is half the weight of the Dell XPS 15 and HP Spectre x360 15t. It’s clad in magnesium alloy and is finished in a gold color. The notebook is available with Intel Skylake 6th generation Core i5 and i7 CPUs and it has Intel HD 520 graphics and 8 gigs of RAM.

It’s available with a 256 or 512 gig SSD and it has Intel dual band WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth and a 1.3MP webcam. The LG Gram 15 has a bright 15.6” IPS 1920 x 1080 non-touch display, and os 0.66” (16.8mm) thin. The laptop has a surprisingly ample port selection, including 3 USB, full size HDMI and a USB-C port. It competes with the Samsung Notebook 9 15” that weighs in heavier at 2.9 pounds.
