Lenovo Think Mirror Another look at a concept product I saw at #LenovoTechWorld in Beijing, China. The Think Mirror is an interesting concept that combines a number of different technologies.
We all look in the mirror everyday, so why not make that mirror smart? What if the mirror (and scale it would come with) could tell us how much water we have in our body, heat rate, blood pressure and more? This is the idea of the Think Mirror.
Basically Lenovo is putting a computer in a mirror and allowing customers to use hand gestures to operate the smart mirror.
Just a concept at this point, but a very interesting idea. Huge issues with privacy – are we really ready for a camera, that is connected to the internet, to live in our bathroom? I could only image the fin hackers would have if they got control of this thing!
Still we applaud Lenovo for exploring this concept. Maybe it never comes to life in this form, but it shows what is possible and gives us some time to get comfortable with cameras in the bathroom!
