Lisa Gade reviews the Lenovo Miix 2 8, a Windows 8.1 32 bit tablet with an 8″ IPS display. This runs full Windows on the new Intel Atom Bay Trail Z3740 quad core 1.33GHz CPU with 2 gigs of RAM and 32 or 64 gigs of eMMC flash storage. It has a 400 nit brightness 1280 x 800 touch screen, dual band WiFi, Bluetooth 34.0 and a USB 2.0 port (micro USB). The tablet competes with the Dell Venue 8 Pro, Toshiba Encore and Acer Iconia W4 and it has similar pricing, specs and features. The tablet has a micro SDXC card slot, 3.5mm combo audio and micro USB-based charging. It starts at $299.
