I’ve lost 25lb and I’m happy, I’m done being fat!04:33

This is my first update since I started my weight loss journey almost a month ago. I’ve stayed true to my lifestyle changes and followed the advise from Obese to Beast and I’ve lost 25lb and I can’t tell you how much of a difference it’s already made on the quality of life. My wife is also joining me on this journey and has lost 17lb. We’re both very proud of each-other and this system works for us where other diets completely failed in the past. Please join me on this journey with whatever method works for you and let’s drop the weight and regain our mobility and confidence together!

Q) This diet is stupid, you should do a real diet and focus on nutrition.
A) This is not a diet, it’s a lifestyle change and the selection of foods I make based on a caloric deficit forces me to make good decisions most of the time. A diet is only as good as it’s ability to be followed and that is why this method works where others failed that looked better on paper.

Q) Why don’t you kill yourself?
A) Because it would be an injustice to the rest of the world being left behind with such a toxic human being as yourself without a nice person like me to balance things out. Now go to bed before your parents catch you awake on a school night.

Q) How do you ensure your caloric intake is calculated correctly?
A) Always weight your food if you can’t find nutritional information per metered serving and if you don’t have access to a scale or information always estimate VERY HIGH. Better to leave some calories on the table when losing weight then overshooting your goal.

Q) What happens if you are starving and feel really hungry and mad but all your calories are used up.
A) This will happen a few times as you adjust and find the right way to spend your calories. If you are always hungry you need to pick more filling foods with less calories and eat more frequently. I however found that after 1 week of training my body I was able to get by eating twice a day most days.

Q) You’re not a nutritionist and shouldn’t be giving weight loss advise.
A) You’re right, I am not a nutritionist. I’m a real person with real experience being coached by someone that has done exactly what I’m striving for. I think nutritionists are awesome and will be useful when I hit my target weight but right now I need action that I can take and I can live with it. And that doesn’t include eating salads every day and avoiding cheese. This works for me, it might not work for you. But I can tell you I’m much happier with this lifestyle change then any other I’ve tried before it.

Q) How can you lose weight eating at your TDEE?
A) I made a mistake in the video by not mentioning that you need to deficit 200-500 calories from that TDEE to drop weight.
