Is This Brazilian Artist Promoting Pedophilia?

At a new exhibit in Sao Paulo’s Museum of Modern Art, artist Wagner Schwartz asks the audience to interact with his naked body. But the performance piece ignited controversy when a mother and her young child recently chose to participate.
The video of the performance, which saw the mother and daughter touching Schwartz’s hand and feet and crawling around his body, was captured by a spectator and led to protests claiming the exhibit promotes pedophilia.
The museum is standing by the artist, saying the performance is not about eroticism, and that the girl participated under her mother’s supervision.
