Today we are going to take a look at a pretty cool ad block feature that was introduced with the official iOS 9. Ad blocking is now built in to the OS to give you a better browsing experience with Safari. Let’s take a look at the Crystal Content Blocker on Apple iPhone 6.
This built-in ad block can be activated when you go the Settings for Safari browser. Clicking on the Content Blockers option will take you to a new screen. But at this point you will realize that you need a third party application for this purpose, which can be easily downloaded from the app-store. It should be mentioned that some of these may cost you some money. The app we have installed is called Crystal.
We compared the same web page on two different iPhone 6 devices with and without the Crystal content blocker. It was observed that ad blocking gives the user an undisturbed, quality and enjoyable browsing experience. The good thing about this feature is that it makes you block ads, save data and in turn make your browsing faster.
