Hidden Settings for iPhone 5s and iPad Air:
In order to get the iOS 7 hidden settings via jailbreak, you’ll need to download two packages from two different repositories.
The PWN24K repo no longer has the “Bootstrap” package. It has been moved. Everything is located on the Cydiahacks repo now.

If Cydiahacks is giving you problems, try to use this repo for the Springboard settings:
Keep in mind, this tutorial is ONLY compatible with iPhone 5 and lower at the moment. Until Mobile Substrate is updated for iOS 7, all 64-Bit devices (iPhone 5s, iPad Air, iPad mini Retina) cannot install tweaks like this. Hopefully we will see a fix very soon. Thanks!
