Intel to launch its new 9th Gen Core i9, Core i7, Core i5 processors in October

Intel has announced that it has now all set to refresh the range of Core processors which is by launching the ninth-generation models which are by October. It has repeatedly delayed Cannon Lake Chips which are so far rumoured to be based on all new 10nm process. The upcoming ninth-generation Intel Core Processors are now said to be designed by using the refined version of the existing 14nm process.

The Santa Clara, which is a California-based company has now reported delivering the high clock speed which was currently existing in the Core processors. It especially boosts speeds across the cores with the leaked roadmap of the new Intel Core processors especially to boost the speeds which are across the cores simultaneously. The leaked roadmap of the new Intel Core processors has shown that the company is now all set to kick off the latest generation with the flagship Core i9-9900K on 1st October. The company is said to launch the unlocked or overclocked processors first which is followed by the other models which are in the ninth-generation of Intel Core family.

The Intel Corei9-9900K will be having the eight cores as well as 16 threads. As per the leaked reports, the site has now obtained the Core i9-9900K which will be the first mainstream desktop processor which will use the Core i9 brand. The Intel has now launched the Core i9-8950HK as the first Core i9 processor for the notebooks in April. The high-end desktop Core i9 models will be the part of the Core X-Series which was launched last year. The upcoming chips are now said to include about 16MB of L3 cache as well as Intel’s UHD 620 graphics.

Intel will also launch the Core i7-9700K which is the first eight-core Core i7 mainstream desktop processor. It has got the clock speeds which ranges from the 3.6GHz to about 4.9GHz. This model has also said that they lack Hyper-Threading which takes the thread count down from 12 to eight as compared to the existing core i7-8700K. The chip got 12MB of L3 cache with a  TDP of 95W. Intel is now preparing the Core i5-9600K which is the new budget offering which has got six cores with six threads. It will be of 9MB of L3 cache with a clock speed ranging from 3.7GHz to 4.6GHz.
