Light therapy: My personal review how light therapy reset my biological clock: NO MORE INSOMNIA

I have always had problems going to sleep. There were nights I would toss and turn, count sheep, take melatonin, count backwards, say affirmations that im getting sleepy, watching YouTube hypnosis & relaxation videos, drinking warm milk before bed, read- sometimes this helped, etc.. None of it really worked. I have consistently laid in bed for 2-5 hours a night trying to go to sleep. Then I wake up sleepy and groggy with feelings of morning fogginess. Well, since I decided to jump into this so called light therapy, I am finally able fall asleep within 30 minutues of laying in bed. Sometimes it takes me less than 10 minutes. I give credit to light therapy and I hope it works for you. You will feel so amazing and alert in the mornings.

Most people use light therapy if they suffer from SAD depression, but not many people use it to reset their biological clock. If you have insomnia, try this, give yourself at least a few months.
