When we learned of Tim Vetere we were moved. Here’s a humble, hard working American Farmer who asks nothing of anyone. Who despite his 19 even 22 hour workdays only he sees the good in life. He wanted no notoriety or fame. Though he and kind wife Loree, lost their teenage son in a motorcycle accident, they pressed on. Nothing was easy for this family and it still isn’t. Along with wife Loree whom you will meet, Tim is a cornerstone of the Greenriver, Utah community. It is small town USA and I love small towns. The melons he grows are some of the best in the world and he takes great pride in providing them to everyone at a very reasonable cost. He employees many. And from what I’ve seen, everyone loves this family. I guess it was meant that I showed you Tim that day in May and perhaps hold him up as a standard for all of us. How to handle tragedy, how to work, how to believe in the American dream, how to keep on keeping on, how to be independent, how to be hopeful. But our hearts were crushed as we felt of the load he carries, like MANY of you, day to day. That’s where TNPrs went into action. You wanted to reach out to the Veteres and that you did.
