The Hugo Boss Pilot Series is an excellent modern interpretation of a class WW II pilot watch. Here you’ll see sunburst blue dial/brown leather strap version but it’s also available will cream colored dials, blacked out versions, artic white, and SS bracelet versions. Unusual for any pilot watch of this style, the Boss displays an easy to read big day and date readout. A 44mm coin edge bezel intrigues and strikes the perfect size for most wear occasions. Lumination is adequate (shown) but is only applied to the hands. Regulation of the Citizen Quartz movement is shown and it superb. Value is somewhat diminished for its pricing on same variations but still is considered very affordable by most watch collectors. Highly recommend, the Hugo Boss Pilot series is a surprising achievement from this well know fashion name.
