HTC Desire C Review Hands On. Despite bearing the name “Desire”, the HTC Desire C is a pretty low end smartphone running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, rather than a replacement for the popular HTC Desire and Desire S. It’s more a replacement for the dinky Wildfire.
