Here’s a quick video tutorial on how to turn your rooted Verizon Note 2 into a World SIM Phone using Titanium Backup Pro and APN Manager Pro app.

The Verizon Note 2 is unlocked by default but APN is blocked, meaning you will have to use these apps to force APNs, which will allow you to get 3G/4G HSPA+/4G LTE data in another country.
This will only work on countries outside U.S. as the Verizon Note 2 does not support U.S. GSM 3G/4G HSPA+ bands like T-Mobile or AT&T. But should work fine in other countries as shown in video for South Korean SK Telecom (where I am staying right now), getting great HSPA+ speeds and everything working.
