There are two ways you can take a screenshot with your Samsung Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge. The first way is the palm swipe to capture method which must be enabled in your settings- advanced features.
The second way is to hold down the power button and home key simultaneously until you see see or hear your screen flash which takes about one second.
Also please note not only can you share and crop but you can also “capture more” which can come in handy if you want to capture more screen like a long article rather then taking a bunch of screenshots.
