Download Unzip and Shift/Option Update:
MMS/Tethering Carrier Update –

If you have problems selecting the .ipcc file on mac or you wouldn’t like to downgrade your itunes on mac, download and run this file created by Adam and it will allow you to select the .ipcc file.
