Here is a tutorial on how to blur or pixelate faces using the Wondershare Filmora video editing software. You can blur any moving object in this way including license plates, etc. If the face is stagnate its really easy to blur however if the face starts moving around it will take time to blur the face. I did this video quick and just wanted to give you the gist on how to do it.
