A TV team wants to visit and film the making of a crossbow from a cheap pine plank – but with medieval elements. Therefore a new design was called for! It actually came out very nice.

The oversized roller nut is indeed a medieval invention, as is the reversed sighting system (a fork at the muzzle side and a single eye on the rear end), Even though this weapon was made from the cheapest possible material, it shoots with the accuracy of a good air rifle!

See four 20mm steel ball crash through a 22 mm plastic coated particle board, from 15 meters, forming one huge hole in the wood!

A “The Slingshot Channel” production.
