Hero Portal Got a quick look at the new Plug It In and Play TV Games from Jakks Pacific at Toy Fair 2014. The obvious comparison here will be to Skylanders. The real appeal to the Hero Portal is it is plug and play – no video game system needed and it is only $39.99. Obviously the games have many less levels than Skylanders, but at $39, with no video game system needed, could be fun thing to take on vacations and play in the hotel or on a trip to grandmas.
