Proper brass prep is necessary to the safety and functionality of the M1A/ M14 rifle and in this part of the series we will be discussing brass preparation techniques and preparing a small lot of once fired Military brass for use in my rifle. We will also be discussing the different primers that will work safely in a rifle system such as the M1A/ M14. Many of the topics covered in this video relate to any semi-automatic rifle of a military design. In Part 3 we will be discussing safe starting loads and considerations for loading quality ammunition using mil spec brass using various projectile designs and weights. Stay tuned.
