These blades are made by dudes wearing sandals squatting on dirt floor huts in Nepal. The 5160 steel usually is sourced from a Mercedes Benz truck spring salvaged from India…taken back to Nepal by another dude riding on top of a bus roof. Consider that when you consider the performance, beauty, and quality of the Himalayan Imports Nepalse Kukris. All of this is shown in detail in the video. In another original TNP review, I pit this old world technology that produces these surprising blades against new world technology. How does it compare against to laser water jet cut CNC mass-produced blades? Can the ancient forging processes, water quenching, and old clothing polishing wheels really produce blades that can compete? We’ll see. My POU discussion will intrigue with these good looking, heavy hitting, traditional, and yet hard core Kukris. They are some of the if not the best Kukris made in the world.//////////////////Nutnfancy Likability Scale: 10 out of 10 for most models discussed
