I thought Id make a video about the difference between casting (streaming) vs Screen Mirroring (Cast Screen) in regards to the Google Chromecast.
I try to explain it with examples. Let me know if you have more questions.

—-Some FAQ——
Can i screen mirror iPhones? No, you can only CAST! You cannot air play (screen mirror) iOS Devices but you can with Android phones w/ at least Android 4.2.2.

Can I screen mirror my laptop? You can only mirror what ever is on your Google Chrome Browser. You need to install the Chromecast extension.

Do i need a wifi at all? You need a wifi network or you cannot connect period!

Can I screen mirror and cast Android devices? Yes you can do both but you can only screen mirror if you have Android version 4.4.2 or higher.

Should i get Chromecast 1 or Chromecast 2? Get Chromecast 2 its a tad faster and only $5-$10 more.
