Good Fellows is a series of short films that focus on the unique and human stories of IBM Fellows. To be named a Fellow is to achieve the highest honor bestowed by company to its most outstanding technical employees.

Aleksandra (Saška) Mojsilovic was named an IBM Fellow in 2014. She manages the Predictive Modeling and Optimization group at the IBM T. J. Watson Research Center in Yorktown Heights, New York. The mission of the group is to conduct leading-edge research in signal processing, machine learning and applied mathematics, and to solve challenging problems in business analytics and decision support for IBM and its clients. Aleksandra received her PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Belgrade in 1997, and has worked at Bell Laboratories (1998-2000) and IBM Research (2000-present). Her main research interests include multidimensional signal processing, pattern recognition, computer vision and machine learning, with applications to business analytics, market intelligence, workforce management / HR analytics, healthcare, medical informatics and multimedia.
