We’ll give you up to $650 in credit per line in a few simple hassle free steps.
You’ll receive you reward in two parts:
A trade-in credit
And an AT&T Visa Promotion Card for device balance slash early termination fee amount less trade-in.
Step 1: Buy a new smart phone on AT&T Next.
Switch over your phone number from your previous carrier And activate your wireless service.
Step 2: Trade-in is the first part of your Reward.
You can trade-in your previous smart phone at an AT&T store or online.
Be sure to save your trade-in receipt.
Part 1 of your Reward is paid with instant in-store credit,
Or an AT&T Promotion Card mailed in three weeks.
Step 3: Submitting your final bill is Part 2 of your Reward.
Go to att.com/helpyouswitch to register for the Switcher Program within 60 days of transferring your number to AT&T.
Upload your final bill from your previous carrier, showing early termination or cancelation fees, and the associated number you’re switching to AT&T.
If you’re unsure about what to include, please check out examples provided during the final bill upload process.
Make sure you’ve registered within 60 days of transferring your number to AT&T.
Your final reward will be the amount of your termination or cancelation fee, minus the trade in value received for your old phone.
It’ll be mailed as an AT&T Visa Promotion Card, 4-6 weeks after eligibility requirements are met.
