In this softModder tutorial, I’ll be showing you how to use TextSecure by Open Whisper Systems, for secured text messaging on your Android device. I will be demonstrating this encrypted technology on the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and Galaxy Note 3, but the most important thing to remember is that both the sender and receiver must have TextSecure installed, or a future updated version of CyanogenMod, which will have TextSecure built in by default.
