This may work for previous Galaxy / Android phones as well. I had encountered the no command error message while trying to wipe my cache partition on my Samsung Galaxy S6. I then started to mess with all the buttons until bam! You need to press and hold down the VOLUME UP & VOLUME DOWN & POWER BUTTON at the same time until the phone reboots. My phone rebooted in like 3 seconds.

Let me know this this works for you, how many seconds it took for reboot, and what phone you have. Thanks for Watching.
