GALAXY S5 water resistance test,touch & camera func,demerits!

Galaxy S5 water resistance explained! Samsung Galaxy S5 is IP67 certified (6= complete dust protection, 7= protection against immersion in 1 m deep water up to 30min). Unlike other water resistant devices, the back cover of Galaxy S5 is removable, so ensure that it’s properly attached to the phone. Under water, the touch screen doesn’t work properly. Heart Rate Monitor & fingerprint scanner also doesn’t function, though you can take images using the volume rocker as the camera shutter.

Due to this water & dust sealing, this Galaxy S5 features a poor quality microphone & speaker. The dimensions of the phone are also large compared to other devices like Galaxy S4 & Note 3.
