Galaxy S3: Set Default Location to Memory Card for Photos & Videos04:33

You want to make your photos and videos save directly to your memory card (External Storage/Sd card/External memory/Mico SD card/). Open your camera, click on settings gear (its round with cuts around it), scroll all the way down until you see “Storage” then click it and select “Memory Card”

And there you have it. Your SD card is now the default storage for your photos and videos, So all the videos and photos taken by the camera will be saved to your SD card.

Note: If you take out the memory card from your phone and start taking photos/videos it will automatically be saved back to your internal storage (your phone). So no need to worry about your stuff not getting saved somewhere at least.

And once you insert a memory card back into your phone again, the default will be set automatically back to your memory card.
