Today i finally make the time to run down to my T-Mobile store which is my phone carrier to return my Samsung Galaxy Note 7. Total freakin fail! Now the second t-mobile store i went to said she doesn’t know if they are still accepting returns and i have to wait for the manager to come in which will be in like an hour. WTH??????
Well its now been over an hour and i just called and of course manager is still not there! Good thing i wasn’t waiting around.
Anybody else out there had this issue returning your phone this late in the game?
