Easy Fix! If your Samsung Galaxy Note 5, S6 or S7 is frozen and you cannot restart or turn off then back on you can simply do a hard reboot. This will not delete any data or anything. If you still have issues (like constantly freezing every so often) then comment below and I will give you several more methods to try.
