For the experiment, you need two glasses, a tray, a piece of plastic (can be adapter), water and dye lighter than water (it may be red wine)
The first part of the experience
Atmospheric pressure exerts pressure on the plastic plate, preventing the outpouring of water, even when the glass is rotated.
The second part of the experiment
Placed two glasses. Funnel at the rate of dye which is at the top of the glass. At the junction of two glasses of dye leaking inside, fills a glass top because the dye is lighter than water.
