The F-18 Super Hornet takes off with afterburners and goes inverted, leaves landing gear extended. Filmed at 600 frames per second.
– I used a maxium optical zoom of 12x. When filming in high speed, the camera controls (focus, zoom, etc) are locked
so I had to guess a little at the settings. Despite a little trouble keeping the jet in frame, I somehow kept most it in there. If you’ve ever tried to film and track something fast holding a camera in your hands, you know how hard it can be when zoomed in.
