How to Make Apps Scroll Smoother – OPO

In this tutorial, I’ll show you how to use a smooth scrolling mod to eliminate lag when scrolling through an app. The lag is caused by the “scrollingcache” option not being removed from an app’s internal config file, so this mod disables it universally.
This mod i compatible with a few ROMs based off of CyanogenMod 11S, but it is specific to the build number so be careful when downloading—all links can be found in the full tutorial.
Since this mod is flashed in TWRP, you will need to have an unlocked bootloader on your device.
