I saw what I thought were Chinese lanterns, I even said it in the footage, but I kept the video Safe and did a lot of research come to find out 29 States ban the use of Chinese lanterns with Washington State being one of them because of wildfires here and there was NO special events except a death of a teen here but on that night after this was taken.. I called law enforcement and city hall.. Nothing was happening this particular day, now with that being said I want you to take a look and see for yourself what we saw. Here’s the video guys!
