Durafly Auto Gyro 2. Induced Blade Drag increased performance with a Hand-launch Demo too.

Published on July 5, 2017

* Here is how I induced some drag into the bottom of my G2 Rotor blades, causing them to spin up easier in flight. Now they are a bit heavier, but I find the stability is better too. The Durafly Auto Gs also all tip over easily on landings, as you have seen in my other videos, since the blades keep spinning. The wind can get under them, and tip you over after you land, so I spread out my wheels. Id also rather break the blade holder than the blade, so find the tape allows many tip over’s while it is spinning and nicking the ground or cement. I have not broken a blade that way yet with the tape reinforcements. This is the second version of the The Durafly Auto-G from ) and now has a unique pre take off Rotor Spin up device, but the same old weak blades.
